FitCards Navy SEAL takes bodyweight exercise to it’s highest level. It provides a 52-card deck that displays various exercises for you to follow. Four exercises are associated with a particular focus and are assigned to each suit. For example, diamonds represent push up variations, spades represent pull-up variations, clubs represent legs/abs and hearts represent cardio/core exercises.

−52 playing cards that are randomly chosen to make your routine more interesting and to promote muscle confusion for optimum fitness results.
−20+ Exercises including “add your own” exercise option, so your options are endless.
−Name your custom routines and save them (ex: upper body, core, lower body, cardio).
−Modify exercise option in order to decrease or increase exercise difficulty.
−Tap deck in order to continue to your next exercise.
−Video demonstrations displayed inside of each card.
−Audio is provided, stating the name, and amount of time or reps required to complete each exercise.
−A warning beep that will go off during the last 5 seconds of each timed exercise.
−8 water break options are provided that allow you 30 seconds until your next exercise.
−Timer and point system provided in order to log and track progress.
−View history to track previous workouts

You will gain points for every exercise you complete. A timer will also be provided so you can keep track of your time during game play. You can stop the game whenever you feel like you have done enough. Just press the back arrow button and choose to see your time and score. The goal is to eventually finish the whole 52 card deck in 45 minutes or less, so log your results in order to track progress.
